I put it off when that Millipede twirp came on to do a Labour party political broadcast earlier. I just can't bear to listen to his whining.
Also I do wish they'd tell you a programme was a repeat on my Virgin Media info thing.
You're expected to watch the same damned episode of a programme anything up to 3 times in the same week, especially on ch5. I'm sick of it !!!
