Not ILR. You don't have an appropriate immigration category for that.

You need to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) . In principle same as ILR

    Here's a UKBA write-up that might help

As always check the website for up to date information before making application.

Here is the application form EEA4

    Macky,

I'm not sure I fully understand your concerns.

Your husband is a British citizen, yes?
You were both living in an EU member state whilst your husband was exercising treaty rights, Yes?

You both returned to UK under existing European law to settle here, yes?
In these circumstances, your husband had the legal right to be accompanied by you, as you had previously been living together in the other EU state.

Macky, out of interest did you ever apply for (or get issued with) a 5 year Residence Card ?
It doesn't really matter as it's not a requirement, but it's very useful.

Anyway, even the spouse has left the UK, family members of a UK may remain in UK if they have custody of an eligible child.

I am guessing that you believe that your right to remain in UK is under question.
    Why do you believe that?
Why do believe that EEA4 is not applicable to you?

Sorry to ask so many questions, it's just that you give the feeling that there is much more to your situation than you have divulged.
