Flight Promo to Dubai

Just saw Cebu Pacific offering 100 pesos each way between Manila and Dubai, for travel after Oct 7th.
Yes indeed it was true, the return flight was 200 pesos.
Heres the bad part, after taxes and fees 10,059 pesos.
If you want a meal then add another 1000 pesos.
To be honest its not a bad price £170 odd quid, but i was still surprised.

Looked into this, the price difference between the likes of Etihad make it not worthwhile. Philippine Airlines will be starting to Muscat soon :-)
