That same email was the one we submitted along with our documents when I applied for a fiancee visa. We used that as proof that we are intending to get married. You don't need any documents from them (I think) because that email clearly stated that we can't book our wedding unless I'm already in the UK for 8 days. I don't know what kind of document you want from them.
