International Driving license

Hi..

My wife has a driving license having passed her test across in the Phils. We are in the process of applying for a spouse Visa. We understand that she will need an international driving license to allow her to drive here. Does anyone know how we go about obtaining this in the Phils.. ?

If anyone has any experience of this any info would be much appreciated...

First of all there is no such thing as a driving test in the Philippines. You first of all apply for a student licence. Then a month later you can apply for a non professional licence without taking any practical examination.
