i just found out yesterday that i'm pregnant. i rang my gp early this morning and they told me that they will pass on my details to the midwife and then the midwife will ring me.

i have been searching about pregnancy and how the midwife/hospital deals with it. i found out that most pregnant women don't get to see their doctors till they're 8-12 weeks of pregnancy, why is that? why can't they see us right away?
