Nitrox, based solely on the information you've already divulged here in the forum your best option is to continue the 'normal' route with the employment offer you have and have your wife apply for visa.

That is unless you're confident you'll be able to secure employment and accommodation within EU (outside UK) for around 6 months then apply for a UK Family Permit.
