Exporting pets to UK

Hi Has anyone taken their cat or dog back to the UK?..I would like to know the cost of taking my cat back. Also the requirements here in the P.I. for export...I know the P.I. is an unlisted country for the UK pet scheme.. so my cat will need to be quarantined in the UK. I just need some practical advice from someone that has actually done this.

depends how much you love your cat and how much you,re prepared to spend because I know one guy that paid 6000 pounds to get his dog back to uk from here. If I had the money spare I guess I would do it but otherwise I would try and find someone that you trust to look after your cat.

We have a member here who wanted to bring his dog back.

It's not just the extreme high cost it's the complex paperwork and quarantine etc...
