OK heres the story :-
First visa application refused due to the following reasons
1) She didnt fill in the question about her monthly income
2) She hadnt paid her buissness taxes for 2 yrs ( she owns a hair salon)
3) She hadnt told The Visa officers how her children would be supported while she would be away , or who would manage her salon
4) They said for a 6 month visit my finances were insufficient to support her ( i sent bank statements showing around £1400 in saving ( but i withheld my other bank statements showing a further £1800) ( my error there i know )
So on re-application we decided to give all the info required and only ask for a 6 week Visa.
Now here is the crunch . . . .
She was granted without an interview a 6 MONTH VISA
Now im not sure what we should do , should we stick to the asked for 6 weeks , then Rosa go back and return a few weeks/month later , OR can she now stay for the duration of the visa ???
If she stays over the asked for 6 weeks , would it now affect any subsiquient applications ??
If anyone has any useful advice i would be grateful
