Interesting to see Dick Gordon still around.
We got to know quite well when he was the big cheese in Tourism.
Seemed he enjoyed visits to Japan, he use to come every couple of months. Always organised a good party at a local venue.
Lots of other famous names in that list too. Especially from around Tarlac area.

At least my old mate Dick agrees with me about divorce in Philippines. I'll vote for him
