    courier

    hello,, last may 8 i received an email from the embassy that they have dispatched the visa but until now my family haven't got it. does any of you know what courier the embassy are using? thank you.

    Contact the Embassy and inform them.
    Ask them the name of the courier, then contact the courier.
    This is not good customer service

    We recently had a document sent from the British Embassy in Manila and the courier was DHL.

    The embassy is closed today due to the elections.

    Your apprehension is normal. Stay positive it will get there at some point
