thank you Fred for the effort, he did that last time he has 59 days from UK and get another 59 days from here, I was just hoping he can get 6 months right there.

If you could find a cheap ticket and meet him in Honk kong or anywhere else outside the R.P and then travel back together you can request a balikbayan stamp for him which gives him a visa free stay for one year..
Depending on the price of your return ticket,he could save some money and you get a trip abroad!!

wow this is a bright idea , Thank you fred, but I guess I am a bit late to ask for this info he had a ticket heathrow to Abuh Dhabi now, and he will just stay here for 4 months as he needs to be back to UK so I could apply for my spouse visa.
