Philippines visa inquiry pls..

Does anybody know how long will the visa for British to the Philippines? Can he get 6 months visa from the UK? My husband is coming here for 4 months if he can get 6 months straight in UK I guess its more convenient to get in UK and more cheaper than renewing here in Manila after 59 days. Thank you.

59 days is all they will give you in the UK..Then after that, its extensions and an I card in the RP Im afraid!!

thank you Fred for the effort, he did that last time he has 59 days from UK and get another 59 days from here, I was just hoping he can get 6 months right there.

If you could find a cheap ticket and meet him in Honk kong or anywhere else outside the R.P and then travel back together you can request a balikbayan stamp for him which gives him a visa free stay for one year..
Depending on the price of your return ticket,he could save some money and you get a trip abroad!!

wow this is a bright idea , Thank you fred, but I guess I am a bit late to ask for this info he had a ticket heathrow to Abuh Dhabi now, and he will just stay here for 4 months as he needs to be back to UK so I could apply for my spouse visa.
