get rid of the beard,

my next door neighbour has tats over his head and body, shaved head, looks a right tough dude,

he has never had problems finding a job, council dustbins, pub in chef, now working offshore, and he is a great guy, trustworthy helpful and honest

perhaps its the beard , or charactor of this guy why he cant get a job
