• The link between chocolate ( or other foods, especially dairy products ) is not strong, but for individuals it’s worth trying change of diet if certain items seem to make pimples worse.

Thanks Doc Alan, Obviously my statement isn't a scientific review but if people find they are having isolated incidents of pimples, spots or boils it might be worth them making a food diary
