Oh my apologies the reason why I wanted it in private its because he can see and read here in this forum, I have asked the CAB many times but the people who currently assigned in my area doesnt seem familiar with the immigration thing, they always tell me to contact the UKBA.

Its ALright now , I just received a letter from the UKBA that my ILR has been approved we submitted my application in person last friday, then I got the letter yesterday
