I will apply soon for my spouse visa, i have a 1 year old british son, holding a british passport.
Is it yes the answer of that questions?

I've not personally filled-out the form.
My opinion is that you answer yes, IF your husband is financially supporting you and the child.
Just enter the requested details on the form and in the box for yourself and the child.

Be honest and all will be well.

Maybe some members here who have recently completed that form will give their feedback also.
