Oh I didn't know that.We rarely get international mails (letters) other than notices of parcels that need to be picked up in the post office. Also, the letters/bills we get locally are delivered not by postman but by that company's (whoever sent it) messenger. The last postman I've seen that came to our house was when I was still a kid!
