    CNI Errors

    Hi Guys.
I had my CNI come Friday but major stress as they spelt Cagayan De Oro as De Cro on the address of my sweetheart but correctly spelt on the wedding venue address. So having to book an appointemnt Tuesday 9am and wait another 21 days for another CNI giving me one week beofre I fly! I did email embassy may be they will say its ok on Monday and I can cancel that appointment.
Have any of you had this experience! I realy looked hard to check my details but still missed it!

    Hi songz777,

The CNI you are referring to, was it issued by your local registrar in the UK?

When I obtained my CNI from the UK, the address of my now wife on the form had since changed. I phoned the British embassy in Manila and they told me not to worry about it as they will make any amendments to it when they issue the local CNI. Sure enough when we got there and explained the change of address they added a small note to the end of the new CNI detailing the new address
