Bill Pertwee ... distant cousin of the late actor, Jon Pertwee - famous for playing the roles of Petty Officer Pertwee in the Radio Comedy series, The Navy Lark - as well as, more notably, the 3rd incarnation of Doctor Who and Worzel Gummidge respectively, on Television.
