have you a marriage cert like this paper one ?



you might also have a NSO one, like this, which is on Yellow Paper or what they call the SECPA (Security Paper). It will have an NSO Seal at the upper left side, a document number and a bar code at the lower left side, and a signature from the NSO Administrator at the bottom right side.

if so your almost certainly are legally married in the phils, but like i said before check with the NSO that they have a copy, then you are almost certainly legally married if they have.
