Visa to Spain for non EU passport holder, please help!

Heloo! Is there anyone here can help me about visa fee to Spain? My husband and I planning to go to spain for holiday but since I am not an EU passport holder I need to get visa to enter spain, Can anyone give me an information regarding this matter? I know you're thinking why not just phone them, We tried to but they are not allowed to divulge any information over the phone so we need to go to edinburgh for all the inquiries. we are residing here in south ayrshire we are too far. Is there anyone here experience the same situation feel free to write a comment! Thank you guys

    You need a Schengen visa.

Others will give more info as it was years ago that we did this.. Im pretty sure though that you will have to hand in your application and fees in person in London..

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
PLEASE NOTE: Applications for visas can be presented at the Italian Visa Application Centres at London, Manchester or Cardiff only if you live in England and Wales.
If you do not reside in England or Wales, you must only apply for your visa at the Italian Consulate in Edinburgh located at :

    Edinburgh - General Consulate Italy
    Address: 32 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7HA, Scozia, U.K.
    Tel.: 00441312203695

    Website: www.consedimburgo.esteri.it
    E-mail: visa.edimburgo@esteri.it
    visa.edimburgo@esteri.it

If married to an EU/EAA citizen:

    1. you dont have to pay the visa fees just the £24.00 service charge per application

    2. there is a mandatory courier charge of £14.80

#all documents should be submitted together and please provide photocopy of each.

    # if you can't provide some necessary documents, please make a letter to the consulate of Spain or whoever they will recommend you to write to. Explain briefly why you can't provide such documents. You can also explain there the supporting documents that you already have. Their decision will depend on the documents that you will provide and the brief explanation on whatever documents you have.

I think this is all I can share. If you have other questions, just feel free to leave any questions, and some of the members who can also share their experience about this matter.

If in doubt, just search online thru VFS.GLOBAL
