why are the police not patrolling the area and picking the kids up and then deporting the kids and parents back to Romania, they need a permit to work here, if they dont have money to support themselves they should be sent back

We could well be awash with up to 29 million of them come January 1 2014.....even the government haven't got a clue how many are going to soil our shores. ..The Home Office who monitor and analyse overall migration data to help inform policy decisions is that it is not credible to accurately forecast likely inflows from Romania and Bulgaria once restrictions are lifted. This is because they are dependent on too many uncertainties to draw robust conclusions.
So the Government is acknowledging that it is about to implement a policy on a highly sensitive issue despite having no idea of the potential impact of that policy upon the lives of millions.
Much like like an ill prepared student hoping an exam will go alright on the night. It won't and the Conservative Party will reap an electoral whirlwind as a result.
