It is a known fact that our UK government is delibrately using the Spouse VISA financial requirement to bring down immigration to UK
Why? bcoz lately they claimed that this financial requirement is necessary to stop foreign wife/husband of british subject from taking public money.
Really? so if this is the real reason why did they not give option for people who do not meet the financial requirement to sign a binding delcaration that their foreign wife/husband give up right to public money for x number of years or even forever as condition of granting spouse VISA?
THEY WILL NEVER GIVE THIS OPTION.
Tory gov wants to bring immigration down, they have no power to stop eastern europeans flooding in and where do they look instead? They hit their law abiding citizen trying to bring his or her foreign spouse here.
Even lately some influencial MPs have tabled a petition about this blatant immigration action of Tory gov that is tearing family apart.
