We are going to be in the Phils on the 18th Oct but we are just passing through Manila, Ging and myself (rick) are heading for C D O then Iloilo and then onto Cebu, meeting up with British friends in Cebu. I think we should make a sort of "sign - up" thing for those who would be able to come, so our "President M" and the Sgt. at Arms here, can organize the date and venue. So for those who can come, could sort out their skeds as early as now.. Any suggestions for the date and venue as well?

I will be back in Manila mid-October until mid-December. Are we allowed to bring guests? I am thinking of bringing my boyfriend (he is from UK).
