It all needs to be completed as far as possible.
Just treat all questions about 'you' to be aimed at the child.

My forms were too long ago to be of any help I'm afraid.

I think its all sorted now we have answered the questions as Terpe advised. By just imagining we are the child. It seems like common sense to us but I dont know about the case managers. Time will tell.

I think thats what we did Andy...but again its too long ago to remember exactly. The only bit i was worried about was that my step daughters biological father was "unknown" on the birth certificate which i think means we had no problem getting consent from a father in the end so it wasn't a problem.

Im in the same position lordna no fathers name on the birth certificate so it should be ok.
