I personally don't know anything about this guy. Maybe there's some deep dark secret we don't about.
But look, he's married to a British Citizen (due to give birth today - according to reports) and has lived here for 10 years.
If he's of previous good character what's the reason to deport him? Just because he made a protest? Or is there something else? I don't know but it just seems peculiar to deport him and yet no attempt is made to deport those folks who are known to be a threat to national security or whose presence is not considered 'conducive to the public good'.
I'm not saying who's right or wrong.
Just expressing my personal disbelief.
How many thousands of violent criminals under UK visa's are still walking around freely to repeat their crimes.
As per a story posted in the forum today about a guy who repeatedly beat up his kids and is now out of prison and allowed to stay here and put his kids and others at risk.
I'll say no more, but something's not correct about this imo
