Hi -- can anyone give some clarity on whether or not it is contravening ' NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS' if receive dental treatment through an NHS dentist - either all for free AND / OR subsidized ?

My 6 yrs old step daughter is currently half way through 2 year leave to remain visa, with a view to making it indefinite leave to remain April next year. Her passport visa says 'No recourse to Public Funds'.

We of course do not want to break any rules - is she allowed or not allowed to receive treatment free or subsidized at an NHS dentists? We would never wish to break any rules and harm her or my wife's ability to apply for ILR.

She will also hopefully be fully adopted by me within 6 months and become a British citizen as result by about Christmas we estimate. It's just that at the moment I can't find any clear guidelines on dental treatments at an NHS dentist.

thanks if anyone knows some more clearer info
Cheers
