FLR M is a visa extension for immigrants that are already in the UK.
Are u in the UK already or Philippines still?
If you are already married in the philippines with a british citizen then a spouse visa not FLR M is the visa for you.
Spouse visa is for partners (not from uk) or families of a british citizen or a settled person in the UK. FLR M (extension) is a permission to stay and remain in the in the UK as the partner of a british citizen or a person settled in the uk.
