FLR M is a visa extension for immigrants that are already in the UK.

If you are already married in the philippines with a british citizen then a spouse visa not FLR M is the visa for you.

Spouse visa is for partners (not from uk) or families of a british citizen or a settled person in the UK. FLR M (extension) is a permission to stay and remain in the in the UK as the partner of a british citizen or a person settled in the uk.

May I suggest your first step is reading this forum thread and following all the included links to the UKBA site.

All New Guide - How to apply for a Spouse/Partner Visa

You should also make searches here in the forum for any areas/topic of concern

These links are a must for you to review:-
Applying from outside the UK plus all the Application Forms and Guides etc (Look for all the application forms at the right-hand side)

    Applying from outside the UK

See also Applying for a UK visa in the Philippines

Please do take time to read this page as there is a lot of key information on how to apply, how to book an appointment and importantly how to pay the fee.

Yes, the application form is VAF4A
Check out the appendix you need also

Oh, and please be sure your husband also fully understand what is needed. This has to be a real team effort for you both.
There's a lot of things to understand.

Take this journey step-by-step, don't be shy to ask as many questions as you want.
There's plenty of folks here who have been down the same road and made that journey. Everyone here is friendly and willing to share experiences, and to make sure to get that special visa.

Some early steps for you both to consider is for you meet the English language requirement

Also now there is a new requirement for TB Screening before you can make your application.
Here's the needed detail - Tuberculosis testing in the Philippines
