You wouldn't want to live in Thailand then They add it to everything.

Number one thing to add to food to ruin it though surely is currants. Why spoil a cake by adding these vile inventions, and memories of having that muck forced down me in school by teachers.
No coincidence they look like rat droppings or dead flies when cooked - both would be more appetising.

Oh and a special mention to anyone evil enough to add FRUIT to curries. That should be a capital offence, there is nothing worse than finding a piece of apple or sultana in a curry.

Let's not be " shellfish " - it must have been the " sole " time Arthur missed his chance ... maybe he thought it was the wrong " plaice " for puns and didn't want to " mussel " in .

Emma must have been glad you " cod " eat and enjoy your meal, Steve

    ( I'm starting to " flounder " so I'll " clam " up now ! )

Why did you have to shout 'whale'

Do you think we're all a bit hard of herring

That's what happens Arthur when you post stuff on the net. I think Steve made a rod for his own back with this one.

Some of you lot need to go back to school, but we have managed to pack em in like Sardines...practically off the scale.

...Meanwhile, I'm off fishing near the Scarborough Shoals...catch you later. Maybe we can hook up .

You do realise that it is only the men having fun in this thread, I am just waiting for some old 'trout' to 'cast' in.
