Delighted that we scraped home in a very close match. I think there will have to be a couple of changes for the second test as we were poor in parts.
What's everyone think about the Broad incident should he have walked.
I'm old enough to remember when it was a gentleman's game and a lot of players would have walked.
Sadly like in most sports times have changed and he was probably right to stand there and wait for the finger. Made a difference in the end.
He could have been under instructions by his captain not to walk unless the umpire gives him out. If he had walked England would have most likely lost. Not in the spirit of the game I know but I've been watching cricket since the 80's and there has been worse incidents than this.
