The doctor told me yesterday to buy a stress ball to help with the arthritis in my fingers so I thought I'd get one of these.

I saw these last week in a gift shop.

I had a good squeeze or two and must say it felt surprisingly interesting.

I show my wife but she didn't seem to care

The same shop also had banana's made from the same substance.

There was something else as well but I didn't want to squeeze it

I will look for one of those
All I have at the moment is a small rubber Computer Mouse shaped one, It really does help with aching joints, and why not enjoy it too

i have two stress balls down my pants, not like them i may just add, they are a little sweaty sometimes but hey i know where they have been so its ok
