Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd puts $200,000 bounty on people-smugglers' heads

Australia said Sunday it would pay rewards of up to $200,000 (£120,000) for information leading to the conviction of people-smugglers, as it defended its tougher approach on asylum-seekers.
