Hi everyone here I have some question about my husband name because he found out now that his name on his birth certificate was Reiner but ever since his using his name Rainer even his tax, and other documents and we don't know what his going to do and his friend adviced to him to make like affidavit of same person? This is true?

Well - just ask him. Maybe he though Rainer sounded a bit less German - more English.
In my opinion I wouldn't do anything.
He must have used his birth certificate for a passport and I guess he had no probs
