Do you think £112 a week is enough to support 2 people in the uk?

Depends how many hours a week your sponsor works and how much money your sponsor gets paid
Normally they start cutting your income support as soon as you earn money
Sponsors are normally working people with jobs not people on benefits

I would imagine that the immigration department at the British Embassy in Manila would take a great interest in the fact that your sponsor is not even working.......................

Don't take any offence Sir. I'm not being critical.
If you have an interest and wish to understand why you're incorrect about most of what you stated, then review the UKBA requirements and immigration rules.
BTW £112 per week is net disposable income after total housing costs.
Many folks are unable to work for all sorts of reasons, but still able to bring their spouse to UK under specified exemptions.
Means the British Embassy would NOT have any special interest in whether the sponsor is working or not.

Thank you so much for your reply sir terpe. I am so happy that I've seen your reply on my post.. sir, what do think if my sponsor just get 105pounds per week after all the deduction ...Is that acceptable if he do a par time job to cover 7 pounds lacking. can we push through our application?

Sorry to say, but £105 per week is not going to be acceptable.

The current Income Support level for a couple over 18 years of age is £112.55

The UKBA ECO will firstly want to establish your husband's current net income (income from benefits can be included as income) Specified evidence of income will need to be submitted.
You'll need to supply total housing costs (you need to submit evidence of this)

The ECO will deduct the total housing costs from net income and will expect the result to be at or above the current Income Support level of £112.55

My personal advice would be to have your sponsor achieve a significantly better result than a minimum £112.55

    Are you married?
If you arrive to UK under a spouse visa at least you'll be allowed to seek employment immediately on arrival which will make your UK living better

if he takes a part time job they will deduct the amount he earns from his benifits so in effect no he needs to find full time job to lift himself over the target income required
