Still waiting for someone from Bongo Bongo land to send in an official complaint

Do they have communications with the normal world in Cloud Cuckoo Land ?

More seriously, I should be grateful if a person from say The Philippines would let us know how they would feel if they were referred to as being from Bongo Bongo Land ?

And, if that term was not intended to convey an offensive inference then what did Bloom mean ?
