She seems to be mentally ill. Even with a rescue boat it would have been madness to attempt any rescue.

We saw this on our TFC.....dreadful scenes. That raging flooded river just unbelievable.
Doubt she survived.....nothing anyone could do at all......hard to watch imo
No rescue helicopter!
