well i,m in what you could call a middle class sub divison but you,re never gonna change what you see here so you just got to go with the flow until it gets too much .I lived in lapu lapu city for 2 years with much the same issues i,m not rich so renting in the higher end sub divisions are out for me .btw many laws here are ignored regarding home ownership people do what they want most of the time being neighbourly is not high on their agenda in my opinion.Originally Posted by gWaPito

When I was there we too stayed and lived getto stylie be it only for a couple of weeks...the noise and smells was terrible not to mention the roaches and suchlike crawling over you just as you nodded off to sleep. ..Thank goodness it was only temporary We were grateful for the help to get us through a batch of financial embarrassment, as you do
Many nice gated sub divisions nearby, they came at a price though.
