Yes you have got the umberella of the NHS here at the moment. For how long I wouldnt like to guess. Jake you have more experience of what the filipinos say obviously but like I said earlier a smile and Hi dont cost anything thats probably why I havnt had a problem yet. And it is true some nationalities do not intergrate here and they dont intend to.

The NHS is a great thing and any country that has such a service should consider themselves very fortunate.
