Talking about hospitals in the Philippines, I've visited a few in Dumaguete and Cebu (not as a patient) some were nice and some were like entering a war zone, but the thought of having to go into one of these hospitals makes me feel uneasy. Also there are things that I don't like about the rules regarding visitors for example, no limit to the number of people allowed to visit and no set visit times, also people allowed to sleep on your bed no exit of visitors when doctors do there rounds, visitors eating food whilst in wards and eating patients leftovers and last of all the biggest shock to me was letting people die if they have no finance for treatment, there are cases where the nurses feel so sorry for some patients that even though they are not related they some times sacrifice some of there salary to finance there medication!
