Well deserving of a medal on this occasion...
Having been the victim of salmonella in the past, I see Balut as a potential risk.
But be my guest, be merry.... I know for a fact that I would not like, even, to try it... Call me "chicken" if you want....
Somehow I cannot see it taking over from the even unedibly worse Kebabs after a night out....
Now....

Shops in Earls court have had balut and even our local store in the past. But i know our local store has to be ever so careful with the health and safety peeps from the council. Due to some of the products sold baluck a luck and all that being a bit odd to most.
Do they not make it in phill? I know all the Phills that have had brit reciepe rice pudding go crazy for it.

I would just be happy to sell rice to Phill a bit like selling Ice to an Eskimo or sand to a arab
