so how do you identify shop lifters ? plus western women should be allowed to wear what they want in saudi arabia correct ?

If a shopkeeper really feels that women wearing Burqa's are a real threat to his stock then he/she can probably impose the same rules to those wearing crash helmets or hoodies.

we are not arguing about the law in saudi arabia but whether the burqa can be worn in the UK. Here we have the freedom to wear what we want, lets not change it.
