Wiggo won the time trial yesterday he did the 16km in 19mins 54 sec - that distance takes me about 50 minutes

Takes me 19 minutes to get the garage door open, suit up, cycle clips on, pump tyres up and go.

Excellent that Wiggo won - a shame he was beaten by the Kraut in the World Time Trial. At least a dealt with him at last years Olympics.
