The hard part was getting the B1 which is done in the familiar speaking and listening scenario.
ESOL is another way to do this too. There are lots of links Terpe has provided for those.
We are doing a PEO appointment which means we want to visit and get it sorted in a day, rather than sending off both passports and potentially waiting a few months for them back.
You can do the ILR by post - you don't have to visit.
