I not sure I fully understand what your asking................

Yes the Fiancee visa is a 6 months visa. Means, under normal circumstances, you are expected to actually get married within that 6 month time frame and then to make an application for FLR (Further Leave to Remain)

There is no obligation or requirement to have the FLR approved and issued by The Home Office (UKBA) within that period, only to have submitted the application.

There's no way to predict just how long the processing will take, but the immigration status of the application remains at the same level as it was at the time of application throughout the processing time.
The downside to this is that the applicant remains unable to take up employment.

If you have the budget it would be worth considering a 'same-day' decision by personal application at your nearest PEO.
