hello sir/madam,
i have a guy friend who had an accident 3 months ago. he is on a benefits because have disability. the council gave him temporary accomodation first in north london and today in south hall. before the motor bike accident he was living in fulham, hammersmith borough. now they sent him to south hall. my friend was complaining again to the place because its really far from hospital and his college and gp. he broke his leg and they put frame thats y its really hard for him to travel without companion. and he have to spend money for taxi if needed which is coming from his benefit. he keep asking to tranafer him which is a bit nearer to his old place in fulham,london. what u can advice to my friend coz he is hopepless about the location. its really far and it takes 3 buses to get to his college, gp and hospital. is he have to right to comain and ask them to change his place.? pls let us know what should he do. thanks hope to hear ur advice. god bless
