Yesterday evening, in the company of my son & daughter-in-law, Myrna & I enjoyed a delicious high tea at the Royal George Hotel on Perth's beautiful waterfront (where Ally & Mandy held their wedding reception in April 2010) and also, reputedly, where HM Queen Victoria and her Consort, Prince Albert stayed overnight during a visit to the 'Fair City' away back in 1841 - en route to their Highland Retreat at Balmoral Castle on Royal Deeside.
