base on my experienced,i would say cebu is less busy than manila,since u have your visa already yes you can get the cert and sticker the same day..congrats again..welcome in advance in cold UK
cebu is less busy, yes you can have seminar and sticker at the same day since you have already your visa. When i went in manila cfo last september 11, 2013 at 6am in morning theres more than 40 person on queue.
The difference of Cebu and Manila is in Manila you can get your certificate and sticker in the same building i guess in Cebu you get your certificate where you've done your seminar and your sticker is in DFA building in downtown.
is DFA building far from the seminar? and i also notice my type of visa is marriage visa is it the actual name of fiance visa? thanks girls

You can only get your CFO sticker if your visa is valid already (meaning starting from the validity date). So if you want to get the seminar certificate and CFO sticker at the same day, then go on the date your visa is valid.

CFO seminar is in MJ Cuenco street and you can get your sticker at Osmena Boulevard not far really... But you need to ride taxi or jeepney...
