It is a matter of fact that the country's resources are already overburdened. What is pertinent to members of this forum is the contradictions concerning immigration policy. It is a battle to obtain a single fiancé visa for a Filipina girlfriend and yet there is an open door for all EU citizens. To quote Ebenezer Scrooge from Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol, 'HUMBUG!'
After a period of time living and working in the EU country of your choice with your family member(s) you can return to the UK with them without any involvement with UK immigration rules. (means no Income Threshold, no English Language test, no savings, no job etc etc)
